Lewis Barbanel
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Lewis Barbanel is the founder and president of BRM Development, Inc., a commercial real estate company founded in 1994.
Over the past 30 years, Lewis purchased, developed, and managed over 150 properties in prime locations throughout New York City, New Jersey, and Florida.
Lewis graduated from Skidmore College, receiving a B.A. in business and history. As a third-generation real estate owner/operator, Lewis began working in 1988 for Howal Management, established by his father, Herbert Barbanel, a longtime NYC property developer and owner.
Lewis donates time and money to many charities and is actively involved in various organizations.

Panos Papadoniou is the head Property Manager for BRM Development, Inc.’s NY & NJ portfolios.
Tracy Bowen-Bascom
LEASING AND COMPLIANCE
Tracy Bowen-Bascom leads BRM Development, Inc.’s leasing and compliance departments.
Celeste Wischerth
HEAD BOOKEEPER
Celeste Wischerth is the head Bookkeeper at BRM Development, Inc., which she joined in 2008. She has extensive experience in many administrative positions, accounting, and financial reporting.
